Huggs Special Thai pork

Method:
Step 1, Chop the Shallots, Garlic, Spring onions & chilliis.
Step 2, Cut ginger into thin matchsticks.
Step 3, Lightlgy chop the basil into large chunks.
Step 4, Put the rice cooker on.
Step 5, Bring a pot of water to boil and cook green beans for 3 minuets. Then cool them down in cool water. Once cool chop each bean by 1/3.
Step 6, Add tbsp of sesame oil to wok and get it hot. Once hot fry pork until browned in batches, keep to one side once al the pork is part fried.
Step 7, Once the rice is 10 minuets from ready. Add tbsp of seasame oil to the same wok the pork was cooked in and get it hot. Once hot add shallots and and fry for 1/2 minutes till browned.
Step 8, Add ginger, garlic, chilli, spring onion, green beans and fry for 2 minuets.
Step 9, Add the pork into the wok and fry for another 2 minuets.
Step 10, Add 2 tbsp of supriemum mushroom soy sauce and 1 tbsp of fish sauce and stir it all together.
Step 11, Switch off the hob and stir in the basil.
Step 12, If needed add more fish sauce or sugar to balance.
